About Us
Jarlway Xinxin Machinery Inc. was established in the year of 2005 by Jarlway International Limited, which is a foreign-owned company and is incorporated in Hong Kong specializing in the research and manufacturing of heavy construction machineries. Its main businesses are involved in the design, development, manufacturing, sales and rental, as well as installation and maintenance of tower cranes.The Company is located in Guangzhou, China, and occupies 20, 000 square meters. The Company owns 8, 000 square meter workshop and employs more than 300 staff.
Since the commencement of the tower crane rental business in July 2008, the asset base of our rental machinery value has reached US$5.26 million. Towards the end of this year, it is projected that the said asset base of our tower cranes for the domestic rental business will record 50 units of tower cranes with an anticipated asset value of approximately US$6.36 million. Based on the estimated asset base for leasing purpose, it is hoped that our forecast annual rental income will reach US$1.9 million.
